Our Story

NWO Lawn and Home Care LLC is a business venture comprised of myself, Bill Livensparger, along with my son, Keean Livensparger.

After 33 years of working for a construction company, I was ready to close that chapter of work life and begin a new chapter. My son, Keean, had beginner experience in the lawn care area with the purchase of a small spraying business and I had beginner experience in the power washing area with the completion of several projects. So, when a couple of existing lawn care businesses became available for purchase, it seemed the opportunity my wife and I had been praying about presented itself, enabling Keean and me to combine our efforts in launching our own company. We established NWO Lawn and Home Care LLC, and it has truly been a blessing. I am thankful every day.

Keean and I enjoy physical labor, working outside with our hands. We like being able to do for our customers what they can’t do, what they don’t have time to do, or what they don’t want to do. It’s satisfying work to make someone’s lawn look well-manicured, or to make a high school football field look big game-ready, or to make the property of a particular business look immaculate.

We take satisfaction in the transformed look of a freshly power washed home, or the brand-new sparkle of a deep-cleaned sidewalk, or the amazing renewal of a tired-looking deck. We can provide many services. And whatever we do, we strive to do it exceptionally well at an affordable price.
